RETURN & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept any returns unless you receive a damaged/broken product.
In case of a damaged or broken piece, kindly email us with your order details and photos at support@kastodesign.com within 24 to 48 hours of you receiving the product.

In case of non-availability of the piece, we would request you for 2-3 weeks' time to develop a new pc for replacement. In case, the timeline is not suitable to you, we can proceed with a refund for same.

Return of the damaged piece will only be accepted in original packing, invoice and should be in a 100% okay condition.

REFUNDS POLICY:

Refunds shall be issue only for product accepted for return/cancellation. All such refunds will be initiated in 3-5 working days.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We have a strict no exchange policy.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, respecting one's own design taste, we are open to accept modification within 24 -48 hours of order confirmation.
