These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of KASTO DESIGN's website, located at www.kastodesign.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. 

We own the intellectual property rights for all material on KASTO DESIGN. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not:

- Republish material from KASTO DESIGN

- Sell, rent or sub-license material from KASTO DESIGN

- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from KASTO DESIGN

- Redistribute content from KASTO DESIGN

Payment terms

We use third-party payment processors to process your payments. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Agreement. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processor.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery for orders placed through www.kastodesign.com.

Order acceptance

An order is accepted upon receiving of 100% of the payment and verification of information provided by you. Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation of your order.

Shipping & delivery

Confirmation can take up to 24 hours until the transaction is reflected in our accounts and all the verifications on data have been carried out on our side.

Once confirmed, it will take between 2-6 weeks to dispatch the product.
